Okay…yesterday was poker night with the buddies and I messed up on my nutrition plan.
I’m getting myself back on track with a fast day and a strength training workout followed by some bball.
What I am not going to do is beat myself up about it and feel bad about the fact that I cheated on my diet and strayed from the path.
What I am going to do is take that day as my cheat day and follow through with the rest of my week as if it didn’t happen and focus intensely on my goals.
On a brighter note here is where I started:

One of the best feelings in the world (at least to me) is to wake up feel my stomach and literally feel it reduce in size getting flatter and flatter. I know…it’s weird.
I’m on my own little fat loss journey while helping my clients do the same with their own bodies. It’s not like I am out of shape or anything. It’s more like I am getting into optimal shape so I can do a photo shoot for my websites.
They need a new “After” picture.
My weigh in and measurement date is not til this Friday so I’m going to resist the temptation of going on the scale, just put my head down and work my ass off. There is a lot of stuff going on in my life at the moment and right now the gym is my source of power.
I’m always going to make sure I give everything I got in there but at the same time not to overdo it too much by over training.

Writing this actually has been very therapeutic for me. It has also been a good kick in the butt knowing that I have close to 100 people each day coming over here and reading my posts. It forces me to stick to my plan and I couldn’t have done it without you!
