My Story

Welcome to The Fat Loss Ninja!

My name is Dan Go & I launched this blog in November of 2010.

The goal was the create a site that outlined my training and nutrition approach towards being in the best shape of your life yet having a lifestyle that is fun and fulfilling.

As of right now we have about 1 million different fitness blogs telling you a million different things.

 

My goal is to really simplify your journey towards your ideal body with simple tools that would also allow you to live a full lifestyle.

Choose the simplest tools that will get you from where you are to where you want to be without having to give up your social life.

I call it living a Lean Body Lifestyle.

There is a type of person in the world who just wants to get in shape without having to “sacrifice” their lifestyle to get it.

There are ways around the system and that’s what this blog is all about.

It’s Not Fun When You Have To Give Up Your Lifestyle In Order To Get Into Your Best Shape…

What I say will not resonate with every single person that reads this blog so I’ll get this out of the way first and let you know that I’m not not here please everyone.

This site is dedicated on discussing unique fat loss tricks to getting a slim, sexy and lean body while still allowing yourself to maintain an enjoyable lifestyle full of friends, fun, social events, the occasional cheat day and possibly a drink (or two).

Working hard and grinding yourself down to the bone for 6-12 weeks to lose weight and get in shape…only to to gain it all back after 1 month…is a thing of the past. If that is what you are looking for than I know a ton of places that would cater to your needs…but this site is not one of them.

So Why Listen To Me?

Because what I will talk about will be light years ahead what you’ll read in magazines and what you’ll see on TV.

I’ve trained myself into my best shape ever, I’ve trained close to a thousand of clients in my own fitness business, I love researching and on top of that…I’m still having fun.

With the help of several other fitness experts I have had the opportunity to become friends with, I’ll give you the advice and tools that are real world tested.

Most importantly…they flat out work.

I don’t know about you but I wasn’t born with the “best genetics” in the world.

Since I was a little kid I had always considered myself to be “a little chubby”. It wasn’t until my freshman year of college where it really hit home for me…

A ex-girlfriend decided to humiliated me in front of my entire group of friends by pointing out the fact that I had “man-titties”

Being an single 21 year old Asian without a girlfriend at the time…that hurt.

I headed back home and decided that was enough.

It was then, in front of that mirror, that I decided to finally do something about my body and began the process of changing my life.

 

 

What I realized while I was getting myself into shape was that my goals were not similar to my male counterparts.  While they wanted to get, “HYUUUUUUGE”…I just wanted that lean look and maintain an awesome lifestyle.

So I set about researching and buying 10’s of thousands of dollars worth of fat loss programs…and it was money well spent.

Not only did it allow me to completely change my body, it also gave me the education necessary to help others do the same.

Here is a pic taken of me in the past (this was when I just started to workout) and the picture to your right I took recently with no special camera effects, no lighting and especially no water depletion.

The pic taken was also after a month of pure unadulterated debauchery because I had just moved to downtown Toronto and was partying every single week.

I even partied on a Sunday. Yes a Sunday.

I’m much more calmed down now but you get the picture. You can have a social life and still stay lean year round.

It takes a special approach to get lean, if you want to live a well-balanced life and enjoy beer and socializing, etc. and I believe I have found the key.
